FACTS : 1- The surname “……..”, which is the surname of the plaintiff client registered in the population and which he has to use, causes misunderstanding and ridicule in our society today.
2- In fact, the client’s family has been known as “………” since his great-grandfathers because of the profession of his grandfathers. This is how their close acquaintances and former neighbours know and call them.
