EXPLANATIONS : The defendant lives as a tenant in the apartment belonging. To the client at the address …. with a written lease agreement dated ../…/…. starting date ………. -TL per month as a tenant.
The defendant rented the leased property to …………. on ../../…., although the lease agreement stipulates that the leased property cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Upon this situation, my client notified the defendant. That he did not consent to this with a notice dated ../../…. and numbered ….. from …… Notary Public and that the lease. Should be restored within one month.
Since the defendant has not restored the leased property despite this notice. The necessity to file this lawsuit has arisen.
