1- The defendant ……………. delivered. The goods belonging to the client company ………………………………., where. He worked as a driver A.Ş., for which he worked as a driver,Ü. From Istanbul to Ankara, loaded on a Mercedes truck with 34 AA 0000 licence plate.
2- Defendant …………………….. When he reached Ankara. With the help of the other defendants ………………, ……………………., and ………………., stole the goods belonging to the client company. By pretending that they were stolen.
3- Upon the complaint made to the Public Prosecutor’s Office by …………………….., the owner of the said company and the lorry. The criminal allegation. Was deemed serious and a lawsuit was filed with the above-mentioned case number of your honourable Court.
4- Since the client company has been damaged by the offence. We would like to participate in the case as an intervener.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained, without prejudice to our rights of receivables, we request that we be admitted to the case as an intervener and that the defendants be sentenced according to the provisions of the law article appropriate to their offences.
