In the case pending before you with the above-mentioned file number, the complainant client filed a complaint against the suspect ……………………………………. who committed the act subject to the crime together, but due to the suspect’s status as a civil servant, an application was made to the Ministry of Interior for permission to investigate, but due to the decision of the Ministry not to process the petition, the prosecutor’s office decided that there was no prosecution and a cancellation case was filed to the Council of State for the cancellation of this decision.
Upon the application made, as a result of the examination made in the …. chamber of the Council of State, it was decided to cancel the decision made by the ministry (Annex-1 Decision Sample), and due to the fact that the case will be heard in your esteemed court in accordance with this decision, we submit to your tensip and opinions to decide to issue an additional indictment against the suspect ………………….. and to submit the file to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office to be included in the case as a suspect.
