SUBJECT OF LITIGATION: The filing of a Separation Decision consists of the submission of our Requested Lawsuit petition.
OUR EXPLANATIONS
Client A….. B…. with the defendant C….. B…., they were married on 01.01.2010 and have two children named X and Y from these marriages. The parties since the date of their marriage ……………………….. They reside in the family residence located at Batıkent Yenimahalle Ankara address.
The parties have spent the last two years of their marriage constantly arguing and quarreling. Their marriage, which began beautifully, later began to become unbearable for both parties. The parties tried in every way to save their marriage and even wanted to be apart for a while.
Believing that being separated for a while will have positive consequences for both themselves and their children, the parties decided to separate; the defendant C….. B…. ../../…. In its history, it was separated from the family residence. In this process, the client wants to continue living in the family residence with his children.
The client’s income level is quite small compared to the defendant’s income level. The client, who will take over the care of both joint children in this process, needs financial support very much.
For all these reasons described, we request that the separation of the parties be decided by your Court and that the alimony of TL 000.00 for each child and TL 000.00 for the client be decided during the separation.
