Crimes That Are Applied In A Simple Trial Procedure

The simple procedure of trial can be applied to crimes that require a judicial fine or imprisonment with an upper limit of 2 years or less. Some of the crimes for which a simple trial procedure can be applied include:

  • Simple Offense of Intentional Wounding (TCK 86/2),
  • Intentional injury is committed by negligent behavior (TCK 88/1),
  • Offense of wounding by taxi (TCK 89/1),
  • The Crime of Tehsit (TCK 106/1),
  • Simple Offense of Sexual Harassment (TCK 105/1, except for the offense of sexual harassment against a child),
  • Offense of violation of housing immunity (TCK 116/1,2,3),
  • Offense of Defamation (TCK 125),
  • Crime of abuse of trust (TCK 155/1),
  • Intentionally endangering traffic safety (TCK 179/2,3),
  • Endangering traffic safety by tax (TCK 180),
  • Praise the crime and the guilty (TCK 215),
  • Committing a crime (TCK 270),
  • False testimony (TCK 272/1),
  • Failure to report the crime (TCK 278), etc..
