WHAT IS THE DEPORT DECISION?
A deport is a deportation order issued against a foreign national in Turkey if he commits an act requiring his deportation. If a foreign national who has been granted a deport decision does not object to the deport decision within the time limit, that is, if he does not file an annulment case against the deport decision, the deportation decision made against him begins to make a provision, and the foreign national is deported from Turkey and sent.
HOW TO APPEAL THE DEPORT DECISION?
A foreign national whose deport decision has been established must file an appeal against the deportation decision in the administrative court within 7 days, that is, an annulment case against the deport decision, starting with the notification of the decision to him.
If the 7-day appeal period established by law is a period that reduces the rights and no cancellation case is filed against the deportation decision within 7 days, it will no longer be possible to file a lawsuit again. For this reason, the process must be followed up with a deport attorney.
